The reverse images include a Tiger on one coin and a Dragon on the other, featured in selective colouring, and surrounded by cherry blossoms. The Tiger coin is shaped to form the traditional Chinese yin symbol, and the Dragon coin is shaped in the form of the yang symbol. The design was by Three Degrees Creative Group.
The obverse of both coins feature the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth !! by Susanna Blunt, as well as the decorative cherry blossoms.
