Purchased in Inuvik from Lena Wolki (Sachs Harbour) who is recognized as one of the most proficient hand spinner and knitter of Qiviut in the region.
This Qiviut-sewn Muskox novelty was used as a model to display her products and is part of a collection accumulated while working for the Inuvialuit Game Council in Inuvik, Northwest Territories.
The Muskox novelty is 12” long by 8” high and 6” wide.
